Annetta Marcum, BSN, RN

Annetta Marcum, BSN, RN, serves as Director of Patient Outcomes at Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital, where she oversees case management, utilization review, and IRF-PAI processes while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to support exceptional patient outcomes.

With more than 31 years of nursing experience, Annetta brings extensive expertise in quality improvement, patient care, and rehabilitation operations. She previously served as Director of Quality and Risk Management at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Cincinnati, where she led initiatives focused on improving care quality, enhancing compliance, and keeping patients at the center of every decision.

Annetta earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is committed to advancing patient-centered care through collaboration, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence.
