Chelsea Hardesty, MSHA, BSN, RN

Chelsea Hardesty, MSHA, NSN, RN, brings over 12 years of multi-state nursing experience and leadership across acute care and outpatient sites of care, including nursing experience in quality and compliance, infection prevention and control, and in regulatory areas such as CDC, OSHA, and state level standards.  Additionally, her experience includes education, program and policy development, orthopedic and spine nursing and practice management. 

 

Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Northern Kentucky University.  Her certifications include Lean Management, OSH Standards and Advisory Board Frontline Leadership.  Chelsea was a Daisy Award Recipient in 2018.  She is a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Prevention and the American College of Healthcare Executives.  She volunteers with the American Heart Association in Ohio annually.
