As Director of Business Development at Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital, he focuses on expanding referral networks, increasing market visibility, and supporting sustainable census growth through data-driven outreach initiatives.

Previously, Michael held leadership roles with Encompass Health, Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, and  Cross Creek Hospital, where he led brand development efforts and executed strategies that expanded community networking and collaborations. Known for his consultative approach and relationship-focused leadership, he consistently delivers measurable results in competitive environments. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Howard Payne University.
