Rob Murphy

Rob is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 20 years of expertise to include rehab hospitals, acute inpatient hospitals, and outpatient diagnostic services. He recently served as the CEO at a large multi-campus inpatient rehab hospital in Cincinnati where his achievements included improving patient outcomes and experience, increasing employee engagement, eliminating contract nursing labor, increasing admissions, and improvement in EBITDA.
Prior to this, Rob served as a healthcare coach for the Studer Group, guiding health system executives, board members, and medical staff in successful strategic goal execution and outcomes.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine and a Master of Business degree in healthcare administration.
Beyond his professional achievements, Rob enjoyed volunteering and serving as a member of the Rotary Club and was a member of the Board of the local YMCA.
